- Full time or Part time | Parramatta
- Work from home, work locally, and build a week that makes sense.
Most OT roles say they offer flexibility.
At Transform Life, that means something practical: no office commute, local community visits, work-from-home admin, telehealth where appropriate, and the trust to manage your week around client needs and your life.
We are a national allied health team of 130+ clinicians and support staff working across Australia. Our model is intentionally lean, remote-first and community-based, allowing us to stay connected to our frontline teams and reinvest in the people doing the work.
We are now looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist based in Parramatta or the surrounding area to join our growing NSW team.
The role
You will support NDIS participants through evidence-based assessment, therapy and capacity building, helping clients work towards meaningful, practical goals.
Your caseload will include a mix of local face-to-face clients and telehealth, with the opportunity to shape your work around your clinical interests, strengths and experience.
There will also be future opportunity to support clients aged 75+ through Support at Home packages as this service area continues to grow.
You will be part of a national multidisciplinary team, with regular OT supervision, MDT learning and accessible clinical support when you need it.
What makes this role work
This is not a clinic-based role dressed up as flexible.
There is no expectation to sit in an office for the sake of it. You will work from home, see clients locally in the community, cluster visits where possible, and structure admin time in a way that helps you stay organised and effective.
You will also receive:
- Competitive base salary
- $70 per hour for additional billable hours you may do if you choose
- Generous PD allowance and paid PD leave, increasing with tenure
- Regular OT supervision and OT and MDT professional development workshops
- Access to a strong learning management system and on tap resource library
- Flexibility across hours, days and location
- Local travel only, with travel allowance provided
- A capable national team that is easy to reach and willing to help
Who tends to do well here
This role suits an OT who is confident working independently, but still values connection and clinical guidance. You will likely enjoy this role if you:
- Take ownership of your work
- Manage your time well and prioritise effectively
- Care about practical, meaningful outcomes for clients
- Ask questions early rather than sitting with uncertainty
- Are open to feedback, supervision and ongoing development
- Enjoy being part of a team, even while working remotely
What you will need
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
- Full AHPRA registration
- NDIS experience
- Ability to work from home
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
- Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to see clients locally in the Parramatta / South West Sydney area
