- Provide efficient and accurate administrative, clerical, and reception support to the Outpatients Department and specialist medical clinics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, carers, clinicians, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Coordinate outpatient appointments, referrals, clinic schedules, and patient records to support effective clinic operations.
- Manage competing priorities and undertake day-to-day decision-making to ensure the smooth running of outpatient services
Maintain accurate data entry, documentation, and communication processes while adhering to NSW Health policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

- Proven experience in administrative, clerical, or reception roles, preferably within a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage changing priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to patients and stakeholders.
- Ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgement, and make decisions to support the day-to-day operations of outpatient services.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, including experience with data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining confidential records.
