Bonjour! Take the next step at Esprit Noir & Le Rivage, where relaxed luxury meets polished, attentive service. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will set the standard for effortless, sunlit dining experiences, ensuring every guest enjoys warm, personalised, and memorable service.
With a natural ability to lead, you guide the team through each shift with confidence, coordinating service flow, staff duties, and day-to-day operations to maintain smooth and efficient delivery. You inspire and support your team, fostering engagement, ongoing development, and a culture of excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You are detail-oriented and commercially aware, confidently promoting menu offerings, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring every order, whether a morning coffee, lunch, or poolside cocktail, is presented with precision and flair. From hygiene standards to service quality, every aspect is handled with care and professionalism.
Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you embody the art of French hospitality with a polished, positive, and “can-do” attitude, turning each Café and Pool Bar service into a relaxed yet sophisticated moment of indulgence.
