We're seeking an experienced CA or CPA-qualified accountant to join our team in a senior capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, and provide valuable business and tax advice while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance.

- Superannuation and SMSF compliance matters
- Cash flow, business performance and profitability discussions with clients
- Liaising directly with the ATO and external stakeholders when required
- Reviewing work completed by junior staff and providing mentoring and technical guidance
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
About You
You will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Extensive experience within public practice accounting
- Strong taxation knowledge, including Division 7A and small business taxation
- Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients independently
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Experience with Xero, MYOB and modern cloud-based accounting systems
- SMSF experience will be highly regarded.
What We Offer

Who This Role Suits
This role is ideal for an experienced accountant who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex business and taxation issues.
We're a small family-owned practice, so this opportunity will appeal to someone seeking meaningful client work, flexibility and stability rather than a structured corporate career path. If you're looking for a role where your experience can make a real impact and where relationships matter, we'd love to hear from you.
