About the Role
Join a collaborative and creative marketing team who support the delivery of impactful brand campaigns and partnership initiatives that strengthen the Flinders University brand. As a Brand Campaign and Partnership Coordinator, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and key partners, such as Port Adelaide Football Club and the South Australia Cricket Association.
You will also be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns and partnership activations across a range of channels.
Collaborating with internal teams, agencies and external partners to coordinate creative assets and campaign activities.
Assisting with campaign planning, scheduling and project coordination to ensure deadlines are met.
Contributing ideas and process improvements that enhance campaign outcomes and stakeholder experience.
Supporting the planning and delivery of Flinders University’s 60th Birthday campaign, helping to bring this milestone celebration to life across multiple channels.
This position makes a significant contribution to the University’s strategic plan to changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters, by 2035 through being Student Centric and Agile, all while encouraging both Innovation and Excellence.
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented marketing professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. A creative thinker with a positive, can-do attitude, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver successful campaigns and projects.
You have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who brings creativity, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
Experience using project management and campaign coordination tools is desirable.
The ideal candidate will also hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.
