What you'll be doing
You'll own a portfolio of real estate agency clients across the Reapit product stack. Day to day, that looks like this:
Looking after your clients
Regular check-ins — online or face to face — to understand how the business is running and where we can help
Get to know each client properly: their challenges, their goals, who the key people are internally
Be the first call when something goes wrong — and make sure it gets resolved quickly
Help clients move from older systems to new ones when the time comes
Growing the portfolio
Spot opportunities to expand what clients are using and act on them
Keep an eye on anyone at risk of leaving and get ahead of it
Respond to inbound leads and convert them
Forecast your pipeline monthly and keep it accurate
Keeping things running
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Monday
Handle billing and contract queries in collaboration with the right internal teams
Manage contract renewals before they become a problem
Participate in Reapit campaigns and product initiatives as they come up
Stay on top of product training so you always know what you're talking about
Working with the wider team
Who we're looking for
If you've spent a few years working in real estate — as a property manager, sales agent, or somewhere in between — and you're starting to wonder what's next, this might be the role for you.
You know the industry inside out. You understand how agencies run, what principals care about, and how to have a real conversation with someone who's time-poor and doesn't suffer fools. That's genuinely hard to teach, and it's exactly what we need.
We're not looking for someone who's already done this job before. We're looking for someone who knows the world our clients live in, and who's ready to do something different with that knowledge.
You're probably the kind of person who:
Has 3–5 years in real estate (sales, PM, or both) and is ready for a change
Builds rapport quickly and keeps it — clients trust you and you don't burn bridges
Is organised, follows through, and doesn't need to be chased
Knows your way around a CRM and isn't scared of learning new technology
Likes hitting targets and is honest with yourself when you're not
Works well in a team but can also drive your own day without someone looking over your shoulder
Is based in Brisbane and has your own car
You don't need a PropTech background. If you can talk to a principal, manage a relationship, and think commercially about what a client actually needs — we can teach you the rest.
