First Foundations Childcare – Seven Hills is seeking a passionate and nurturing Certificate III Room Leader and Trainee Educator to join our dedicated team.
This is a Monday to Friday position.
About You
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (for the Room Leader position) and have experience leading a room.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Understand the importance of responsive relationships, consistent routines, and creating a safe and secure environment for young children.
- Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Demonstrate a zero tolerance approach to child abuse and are committed to promoting and protecting the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children.
