Contract: 1 July 2026 – 30 November 2026 (with potential extensions)
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in enabling high-performing Agile teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Act as a servant leader, supporting and motivating Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team delivery
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure alignment with delivery objectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise backlogs and manage scope
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team
- Manage Agile delivery tools, including Kanban boards, sprint backlogs, and task boards
- Provide regular reporting on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments, including facilitating ceremonies and managing sprint cycles
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in:
- Backlog prioritisation
- Scope negotiation
- Managing product expectations
- Demonstrated ability to act as a servant leader, driving engagement and team performance
- Experience using Agile tools such as:
- Kanban boards
- Backlog and task management tools
- Sprint reporting tools
- Experience working with Azure DevOps
- Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
- Background in Business Analysis
- Previous experience within the health sector
