Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments and Office 365 applications.
- Perform device deployments, upgrades, refreshes, and asset management activities.
- Handle incident and service requests through the ticketing system while meeting SLA requirements.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in IT Desktop Support, Service Desk, or End-User Computing support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment.
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Microsoft or other relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
