About the role:
As a Factory Hand, you'll play an important role in our daily operations, helping to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assembling products according to specifications
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Assisting with stock control and inventory tasks
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Supporting the production team with general factory duties as required
