Fortitude Protective Services is seeking experienced Licensed Venue Security Guards to join our growing hospitality and club security team. We provide security services across a range of pubs, bars, licensed venues, and RSL clubs throughout Sydney, and are looking for reliable, professional guards who can help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patrons, members, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring patron and member behaviour to ensure venue safety and compliance
- Managing entry procedures, RSA compliance, and ID checks
- Assisting venue and club staff with crowd control and incident prevention
- Responding to and professionally de-escalating conflicts or safety concerns
- Writing clear and concise incident reports
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining strong situational awareness
- Maintaining a respectful and professional presence within community-focused venues such as RSL clubs
Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (mandatory)
- Previous experience in licensed venues, crowd control, pubs, clubs, or RSL environments (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
