Roll’d is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Property Coordinator to join our team in an entry-level position that is ideal for a recent graduate. This role is responsible for coordinating the administration and delivery of franchise, property and development activities from approved franchise transaction through to store opening and handover. This full-time position offers a salary of $70k + super and is based at our Support Office in Melbourne - 5 days in office is required.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, Franchise Partners, and legal advisers, the Property Coordinator will play a key role in central coordination and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Coordinate the franchise documentation process from approved franchise transaction through to executed Franchise Agreement, covering new stores, transfers, renewals, extensions, and closures.
Ensure required disclosure, legal, and execution processes are completed accurately within applicable legislative and project timeframes.
Coordinate lease documentation for new stores, transfers, renewals, and lease variations, as well as the execution of ancillary documents like bank guarantees and insurance.
Liaise with landlords, shopping centre management, leasing agents, Franchise Partners, and external legal advisers throughout the documentation process.
Maintain accurate, current franchise, property, and development records, tracking key legal, lease, and franchise milestones.
Manage document control and filing across relevant systems, including Google Drive, [link removed], HubSpot, and Franchise Lab.
Prepare and distribute franchise documentation, approval papers, status reports, and ensure Finance receives all required documentation for invoicing and payments.
Coordinate the successful handover of new Franchise Partners to the Roll'd Support Office team following execution to support onboarding and training.
Relevant qualification or degree, making this role ideal for a graduate seeking an entry-level opportunity in property or franchise administration.
Previous exposure to or understanding of franchise, property, development, or commercial administration processes is highly regarded.
Basic understanding of commercial agreements, lease structures, or the Franchising Code of Conduct.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
High level of accuracy, strict attention to detail, and a structured approach to record-keeping.
Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
