HEARD YOU MISS ME is an emerging Sydney-based womenswear label focused on ultra-feminine silhouettes, romantic dressing and immersive brand experiences.
We are currently looking for a confident, stylish and proactive Retail & Marketing Assistant to join the brand during an exciting growth phase as we prepare to open our first boutique in Paddington.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves fashion, social media, branding and customer experience, and is excited to grow alongside an emerging label.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the boutique
- Creating a welcoming and elevated customer experience
- Assisting customers with styling and fittings
- Supporting Instagram and TikTok content creation
- Assisting with influencer gifting, PR and brand outreach
- Supporting events, activations and launches
- General marketing, content and operational support
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interest in fashion, styling and social media
- Outgoing, confident and personable
- Self-starter with initiative and eagerness to learn
- Organised, reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
- Experience creating TikTok or Instagram content
- Graphic design or content editing experience
- Korean language skills highly regarded for future industry outreach
Details:
- Full-time preferred, though part-time may be considered for the right candidate
- Wednesday–Sunday availability preferred
