Live-In Motel Management Couple – Toowoomba, QLD
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Motel Management Couple for an immediate start. This is a live-in management opportunity for a couple to jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of the motel, with duties and responsibilities negotiable based on experience and strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily motel operations and guest services
- Manage reception, check-ins, check-outs, bookings and payments
- Use Guest Point for reservations, room management and daily motel operations
- Coordinate housekeeping and room presentation
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff
- Monitor maintenance and follow up on issues
- Undertake breakfast and dinner operations
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and after-hours requirements
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service
- Ensure motel policies, procedures and workplace requirements are followed
Salary & Benefits
- $110,000 + Superannuation for the couple

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in motel, hotel, accommodation or hospitality management
- Previous hands-on experience using Guest Point or similar is essential
- Strong understanding of motel and accommodation operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Housekeepeing and supervising staff
- Hands-on, flexible and reliable approach
- Ability to work independently and as a team
