About your role
As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife - Clinical Facilitator, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, education and support across maternity services at Logan Hospital.
In this role, you will:
Deliver clinical facilitation, education and support to nursing and midwifery staff
Provide advanced clinical leadership within maternity services
Support undergraduate students, graduates and developing clinicians
Coordinate and deliver simulation-based education and training activities
About you
You are a skilled and passionate midwife with advanced clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to education, leadership and professional development.
You will demonstrate:
Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in contemporary midwifery practice
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in clinical education, facilitation and staff development
The ability to support and mentor students, graduates and clinicians

Logan Hospital:
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
