About the role
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Seaford Hub, providing support to individuals participating in day services and recreational programs. Reporting to the Hub Manager, you will:
- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with Autism and other support needs, promoting independence and choice.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment where participants can build skills, achieve personal goals, and enjoy meaningful activities.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide high-quality care while ensuring the safety, well-being, and dignity of every participant.
- Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with paid meal breaks, plus the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at our SIL homes in Seaford.
About you
- A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a disability support worker.
- You have experience providing personal care and supporting individuals with daily living activities.
- You are passionate about assisting individuals and helping them engage in group-based activities.
