Aimotion is building AI-powered marketing solutions for the automotive industry. Working closely with global technology partners and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, we are creating products that help automotive brands and dealerships improve marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
As we expand into the Australian market, we are looking for a Product Manager to help define products that genuinely solve local market problems.
This is a unique opportunity to build a product from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing one.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Market Discovery
- Conduct customer interviews with OEMs, dealerships, and industry stakeholders to identify business needs and market opportunities.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and customer validation to support product decisions.
Product Strategy
- Define product vision and roadmap based on validated customer insights.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritise product initiatives.
Product Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams across Australia, Singapore, and China to deliver AI-powered products.
- Manage product development from concept through launch.
Product Optimisation
- Define product success metrics, support pilot programs, and continuously improve the product through customer feedback and performance data.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, OEMs, dealerships, and strategic partners to ensure successful product outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who understands the automotive industry and enjoys solving complex business problems.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in automotive marketing, dealerships, OEMs, automotive technology, or related industries.
- Strong market research and customer discovery skills.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Nice to Have
- Previous Product Manager experience.
- Experience launching products from 0→1.
- AI, LLM, Martech or AdTech product experience.
- Experience working with Meta or Google platforms or APIs.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
