About Us:
Oral Health Services form part of the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) and provide public dental care to eligible adults and children across Far North Queensland. Services are delivered through a network of community, school-based and outreach dental clinics, including Cairns North and multiple rural and remote locations.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will:
To participate as a member of the Management team through Committees/working parties and ensure that the Dental and Oral Health Therapy Service delivery is integrated into wider area Oral Health service objectives.
Possess the ability to identify, develop, implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives or health promotion activities that enhance service delivery and quality outcomes for clients and staff.
Collaborate with senior management, staff and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation within and across work units to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and client services for Cairns Oral Health Service.
