What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and highly capable Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring strong clinical knowledge and well‑developed nursing skills that support safe, effective care within both outpatient and acute hospital environments. Your practice reflects a commitment to evidence‑based care, patient advocacy and continuous improvement.
You demonstrate proven clinical problem‑solving abilities, enabling you to assess patient needs, respond to changing conditions and make sound clinical decisions that optimise patient outcomes. Your communication skills are a key strength — you engage confidently and respectfully with patients, families and colleagues through clear written, verbal and interpersonal communication, supported by proficient use of clinical information systems and technology.
You work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to coordinated, outcome‑focused care planning. Your ability to prioritise, organise and manage patient care ensures smooth clinical flow and a positive patient experience.
You are adaptable and reliable, willing to participate in a seven‑day rotating roster that includes night duty and public holidays. Your professionalism, resilience and patient‑centred approach make you a valuable member of any healthcare team.
