Warehouse Storeperson/ Labourer / Forklift Operator

We are a growing warehouse looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse operator to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in keeping things organised, and wants steady, long-term employment. Experience in warehousing, logistics, or manual warehouse work is valuable.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds - many of our best team members come from migrant and multicultural communities (you need to be able to communicate with basic English).
Your Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch stock
- Unload containers
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Operate a forklift safely
- Pack, strap, and prepare stock for delivery
- Organise deliveries and assist with local runs
- Cleaning and organising the warehouse
Warehouse Operations & Systems
- Help improve warehouse organisation and efficiency
- Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and basic audits
- Check incoming stock against delivery paperwork
- Coordinate with freight companies
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (over 25KG) and moving stock
- Valid forklift licence (or ability to obtain a license)
- Reliable, punctual, and diligent
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Functional English communication (spoken and reading)
- Warehouse or manual labour experience (helpful, but not compulsory)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse operational experience required
Work Hours
- Monday – Saturday
- Start times (flexible 8 - 10 hour shift between): 7:00am – 5:00pm
- 5 or 6 days per week (flexible depending on availability)
- Choice between 5-day (Monday-Friday) or 6-day (Monday-Saturday) work schedules available
