THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer the Senior Business Coordinator will require a dynamic, flexible candidate with experience in large scale programs, provide high-quality executive and project support to the Chief Development Officer, manage complex email and calendar requirements and coordinating workflow. You will be confident and pro-active with taking ownership of your responsibilities and demonstrate experience in working beyond expectations. You will undertake a range of discrete, and often confidential, project tasks.
The roles will also require project management experience, coordination of government processes, experience in providing advice and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key capital project outcomes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Provide a wide range of administrative and project support functions to the Chief Development Officer, including diary management, meeting coordination, and compilation of meeting and project papers.

Maintain information and records using departmental administrative and business support systems following procedures for electronic filing, tracking and actioning of correspondence and other business functions.

Prepare reports and correspondence ensuring compliance with organisational requirements.
