The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a digitally savvy and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the brand custodian for a portfolio of venues, leading the execution of marketing strategies that drive visibility, attract new customers, and strengthen market presence.
You’ll collaborate across teams to shape compelling brand narratives, promote activations and entertainment programming, and build meaningful community initiatives. What you will be doing
Assist in developing annual marketing plans to drive venue performance (ticket sales, F&B revenue, etc.)
Lead and coordinate multi-channel campaigns to boost awareness, visitation, and loyalty
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and media
Promote venue activations, seasonal events, and entertainment programming
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Create and manage engaging content calendars aligned with brand voice
Grow and manage social media channels (Meta, TikTok) with compelling content
Collaborate with venue managers, operations, and the wider marketing team
Produce marketing collateral including EDMs, posters, signage, and digital assets
Monitor campaign performance and report insights to optimise future initiatives
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and suppliers
Stay across hospitality trends, local market dynamics, and competitor activity
What you will bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing within hospitality, events, or entertainment
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital tools
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com) is a plus
Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management experience
