Position: Cleaning Hygiene Operator
We're currently looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our growing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Performing hygiene and sanitation cleaning within a Red Meat Processing Facility
- Working as part of a team to maintain strict food safety standards
- Following site procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Role Details:
- Immediate start available
- Expected start date - ASAP
- Location: Lance Creek VIC
- Night shift position
- Physically demanding work
- Casual night shift rate: $41.97 per hour
- Shifts Available: Monday to Friday (Days may be subject to change)
- Shift times: 6pm - 1.36am
- 2 positions available
- Required to have Q Fever vaccination. If successful, the business will arrange and coordinate your vaccination appointments.
- Cleaning and sanitising areas and equiptment involved in the processing of animal products, including animal fat, blood and other organic materials.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials (up to approx. 15–20kg)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Ability to work in wet, cold and high-pressure washdown conditions
