Are you ready to lead, inspire, and elevate community programs to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Programs Coordinator / Head Coach to bring their energy and passion to our facility.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Gymnastics Coach / Program Coordinator to lead our coaching team and deliver high-quality, engaging programs within a supportive community environment.
If you enjoy being on the floor coaching, mentoring staff, and creating positive experiences for children, this is the role for you.
The Role
This role involves providing hands-on coaching across a range of gymnastics programs while leading, mentoring, and supporting the development of a team of coaches. The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of classes, ensuring programs are run to a high standard and participants receive a quality experience. A key focus of the role is maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all gymnasts, while also building positive relationships with families and fostering strong connections within the local community.
What You’ll Do:

Community Connection – Be the face of our facility! Identify and connect with local groups to bring them into our programs, creating an inclusive space for everyone.

Program Excellence – Maintain a high standard of program operation, ensuring safety, quality, and an unforgettable experience for all participants.

Leadership & Coaching – Inspire and support a team of gymnastics coaches. From recruitment to training, you’ll ensure everyone is equipped and excited to deliver excellence.

Business Growth – Collaborate on strategies to maximise attendance, introduce new programs, and keep our facility bustling with activity.
Key Requirements:

Strong gymnastics coaching experience (essential)

Experience leading or mentoring coaches

Passion for working with children and developing confidence through sport

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to child safety and inclusive practice
