Local House Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Staff Member to join our team.
Essential Requirements
- Current RSA Certificate
- Minimum 2 years' bar experience
- Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume bar, pub, or hospitality venue
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional bar service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Handle high customer volumes during peak trading periods
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures at all times
