Duties include (Front):
- Greet customers warmly as they walk in or approach the counter.
- Take orders accurately for dine-in or takeaway Malaysian dishes.
- Operate the POS register to process cash and card payments.
- Explain the menu, specials, and ingredients to guests.
- Pack takeaway orders and check that all food and sauces are included.
- Keep the front counter, display areas, and dining tables clean and tidy.
- Restock drinks, napkins, and cutlery supplies during the shift.
- Communicate well with the kitchen team to ensure fast order delivery.
Duties include (Kitchenhand):
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and meats and frying chicken.
- Support the chefs by assembling basic elements of Malaysian dishes.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans quickly using the commercial dishwasher and sink.
- Clean the kitchen thoroughly by wiping counters, washing walls, and emptying bins.
- Sweep and mop the kitchen floors regularly to maintain safety and hygiene.
- Unpack deliveries and organize stock in the coolroom, freezer, and pantry.
- Follow food safety and health standards at all times.
Afternoon and night shifts available.

- Prior hospitality experience (preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is highly valued).
