About the Business
Action Alliance/Wharton’s Labour Hire is an abrasive blasting and protective coating company based in Laverton North, Melbourne. We are a leading provider of protective industrial coatings and abrasive blasting services for structural and architectural steel across Victoria.
The Role
We are currently seeking 6 experienced Painters to join our growing team.
You will be working on a variety of structural steel and industrial coating projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial painting using appropriate application systems
- Abrasive blasting and protective coatings
- Ensuring correct wet and dry film thickness requirements
- Working on structural and architectural steel projects
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in industrial painting preferred (not essential for the right candidate)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Willingness to work overtime and rotating Saturdays
- Immediate start available
