- Responsible for selling and promoting our products and services. Have complete update and knowledge about our study/migrate/travel services related to Canada/USA/UK/EU/NZ and other countries, and current market conditions of the business in accomplishing assigned sales goals.
- Analyzing various services launched by the company and competitors to understand the difference to improve quality service to clients.
- Generating prospective data from references from existing clients from job portals, cold calling, bulk emailing, and social media, approaching several educational institutions for qualified students and conducting seminars.
- Maintain and organize the list of prospective clients (individuals, vendors, corporate, Institutes/Universities) Approaching corporate companies and other major institutions for their staff intra company transfers, work visa, entrepreneur, Visit and business visa processing.
- Visiting Universities to tie-up with us for overseas students. Establishing relationships with educational institutions, corporate and other organizations by forming alliances with them Contacting/visiting regular and prospective clients at their offices or arranging for client meetings at our business location in promoting and selling our services or opportunities.
- Understanding customers or client needs in recommending them with the best possible immigration solution of their choice, after reviewing their skills and employment background.
- Consulting the concerned migration experts (agents or advisers) before advising on immigration related information or services to the clients. Reviewing customer feedback in a timely manner and ensuring the introducing or developing new services in meeting the customer requirements.
- Advising the clients about the sale price, negotiations, offering available discounts, explaining the clients about the terms and conditions before closing on the service contracts. Responsible for collection of payments, issuing service contracts and other formalities in initiating the service delivery.
- Responsible for achieving the assigned weekly/ monthly sales goals and reporting of daily/weekly/monthly sales to the management.
- Collecting service feedback from the customers and ensuring the post-sale issues are addressed and resolved. Preparing sales reports every month end prepared using a CRM tool Salesforce
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
