The Opportunity
We’re seeking a relationship-focused Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with our most valued clients. In this role, you’ll lead strategic account management, ensure contract delivery, and provide tailored solutions across the Telecommunications, Rail, Road, Electrical, Water, and Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion safety across all activities in line with Cubis Systems’ WHS standards
- Identify new opportunities and drive account expansion
- Lead pricing, forecasting, and product support discussions
- Deliver technical presentations and secure product specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
- Analyse market insights to guide strategy
- Report on account performance and pipeline activity
- Travel to customer sites to maintain strong partnerships
