Job description
Applicants will be required to track their student's progress, give monthly updates to the parents (this is easily done through our system) and set and mark students' homework.
Base requirements
- Preferably be a short drive away from Edmondson park
- An ATAR or equivalent above 80.

Highly desired characteristics
-Scored at least 85 in the subject that they wish to teach
- An ATAR above 90
- Applicants who have at least 6 months of experience tutoring primary and/or secondary students
- Applicants who are studying for a teaching degree or are qualified teachers.
- Applicants with a PhD
Applicants will require a paid Working with Children's Check or be willing to get one before the commencement of their employment.
We look after our tutors with staff outings, and business-sponsored lunch, and provide them with quality resources to help them teach their lessons. Provide development and support 24/7 whenever required. We treat all our staff with a high level of respect and promptly respond to them if they need help with how to teach a student.

Additionally to an hourly wage of between $23-$60/hr, you receive substantial bonus pay if your students do well in their assessment tasks and commission as part of our referral program.
The first set of interviews is completed over a zoom call. If you succeed and progress beyond this you will come to the Edmondson or Oran park center for an induction.
