Additional Information:
- This role is Permanent, Full time, 76hrs/fortnight.
- The location is Marsden Park.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.
- If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a National Police Check.

Team vision (text) As IKEA Food Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Secure profit and loss and manage costs throughout the IKEA Food business within the store.
- Develop, maximise and deliver sales through enhancing our range to drive volume according to commercial priorities and implementing range changes.
- Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building competence, leadership and succession.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to make sound business and people decisions to optimise opportunities and growth within the IKEA Food department.
- Secure food safety within the IKEA Food business and ensure local, national and global guidelines are adhered to.
- Contribute to the IKEA store business plan and ensure the IKEA Food agenda is delivered.
- Contribute to the overall business success of the store as a member of the Store Senior Management team.
