Join our team as an Administration Officer and play a vital role in supporting patients, residents, staff, and visitors through exceptional customer service and administration. In this rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of hospital and aged care operations, managing reception, maintaining accurate records across a range of clinical and business systems, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of quality healthcare services in a supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proven administrative experience, including high-level computer, word processing, and data entry skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of record management and office administration practices.
Commitment to quality, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
Desired Criteria
Previous administrative or medical records experience in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of primary and community healthcare principles, government procedures, and safe work practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
