FULL TIME & CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE
What is this role all about?
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers . You will be required to work at any of our Western Sydney locations (Penrith, Richmond, Castle Hill, Bankstown, Fivedock and Parramatta)
In this role you will:
- Create a Positive Customer Experience
- Complete Rental and Return transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide accurate information
- Sell Hertz Rental options to our valued Customers
- Ensure overall Customer satisfaction by resolving issues
- Administration Duties
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Clean and transport vehicles if required
What do we need from you?
This position requires you to multitask. Duties may vary from processing rentals & returns, providing excellent customer service in person and via phone and adinistration duties. To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Strong Leadership and Decision making skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and keyboard skills are essential
- Flexibility of working hours across trading hours 8am to 5pm weekdays 8am to 12pm on weekends
- You must hold a current NSW driver's license
- Ability to clean and transport vehicle when required
- Consent to a Police check organised by us

Experience in Rental Car Industry would be an advantage.
