We are seeking motivated and skilled HR Truck Drivers for multi-drop beverage deliveries. If you are driven, reliable and can provide great customer service, this role will suit you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform truck inspection/checklist, checking your load is fit for travel & you have everything you need
- Be willing to learn and use Chain of Responsibility training
- Find, pick and stack customer's order onto trolleys to deliver order to customer
- Follow the processes in place to ensure each customer's order is delivered correctly and damage free
- Build relationships with your customers and provide a positive interaction
- Strive to achieve 100% quota each day in a safe manner
- Be motivated to get in and get the job done
- Take pride in your work and your truck, ensuring that your truck is kept clean and tidy, inside and out.
THE ROLE
- Work Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday
- Work well within the team and individually
- Able to build strong relationships with customers, striving to provide excellent service
- Be recognised for your hard work and the excellent service you provide to customers, with easy to achieve expectations and goals
- There is a lot of manually handing and physical labour involved in this role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- HR Drivers Licence (MR will be considered. For the right person we can assist with the upgrade)
- Supply a recent driver history report from TMR (Min. 12 months)
- Must be physically fit, driven, reliable and motivated
- Recent Police Check (less than one month old)
- Own reliable transport to and from work
- Previous multi drop experience will be highly regarded
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
- Ability to use the basic functions of a smart phone
