Occupational Therapist — NDIS Scope
Capacoty | Adelaide, SA (work from home + community visits)
Part-time, 2–3 days/week (negotiable, up to 4) | $47.82–$53.50/hr + super + leave loading
The role
Capacoty is a growing Adelaide OT practice supporting NDIS participants. You'll be our first OT hire, working autonomously and reporting directly to the principal OT. A small, close team of two, with genuine support and real room to grow. Work from home plus community visits across Adelaide, with reimbursed travel.
What you'll do
- Functional Capacity Assessments — adults
- Functional Capacity Assessments — adolescents (negotiable)
- Assistive Technology assessments — everyday through to complex
- Ongoing adult therapy (negotiable)
What you need
- AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Able to work autonomously and manage your own caseload
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
What we offer
- $47.82–$53.50/hr + 12% super + leave loading, set on your experience ($56,700 – $63,400 per year [0.6 FTE] excluding super and leave loading)
