Responsibilities
- Follow the food preparation process and any other relative activities as per the guidelines
- Follow rotational menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety, quality and portion sizes of the servings
- Prepare and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
- Maintain high standards in organizing and keeping the stations clean at all times
- Maintain HACCP records
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Requirements and skills
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
- Manage to cook dishes by following recipes in timely manner
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of international cuisines and ability to follow recipes
- Experience to work with modern kitchen equipment
- Culinary related education or certificate
- Vaccinated against Covid 19
