- Strong technical experience working across enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, data migration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in project and change management, including planning, prioritisingworkloads to achieve deadlines, and delivering change in established work practices.
- Demonstrated skills and experience managing diverse stakeholders
- Superior skills and experience managing resources, budgets and projects to meet organisation-wideneeds for technology which are increasing and changing.
- Experience in vendor management and/or procurement of technology products and services, preferably in a public sector context.
- Experience developing and implementing long-term data strategies
Essential requirements
- Demonstrated skills and experience leading legacy systems modernisation/migration or major digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of all of the following technologies – SharePoint, Telerik and/or Kendo, ASP.NET,CSS, JavaScript, APIs, HTML, XML, SQL, Squiz DXP
- Understanding of cloud-based environments, network infrastructure, websites, and cyber security
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and external suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, assess options, and implement practical solutions in complex delivery environments.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, equivalent professional experience in digital transformation of legacy systems or technology.

- Knowledge of some of the following technologies (or equivalent) – Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform
Pay: $170,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
