What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director – Business Operations and part of the global Commercial Operations team, you will:
Own reporting across the data model (bowtie) — pipeline and forecast, conversion rates, Bookings, ARR delivery and churn
Maintain and improve CRM data quality; work with Systems to build and enforce data governance standards
Support territory, quota, and capacity planning in partnership with sales leadership
Identify friction in the lead-to-expansion processes and work cross-functionally to remove it
Produce clear, actionable insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
Who we're looking for

2–4 years in a revenue operations, sales operations, or business analyst role in B2B SaaS
Strong hands-on CRM skills (Salesforce preferred); comfortable building reports and dashboards and working with
Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (PowerBI) a plus
Generative AI and agentic AI experience in role
Structured thinker who can translate ambiguous business questions into clean analytical frameworks.
Strong communicator — equally comfortable presenting to senior managers and engaging with contract administrators to de-bug a problem.
What your impact and success looks like
We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
Become fluent in the Reapit ANZ revenue model
Establish understanding of the CRM and data governance
Establish stakeholder relationships and who’s who in the global business.
Within 3 months:
Independently produce monthly KPI artifacts with minimal supervision
Be proactively reviewing and recommending opportunities to improve data processes and reporting outputs
Provide input to commercial planning activities (territory and quota assignment, forecasting and pipeline reviews).
Within 6 months:
Identify and plan to execute major process improvement
Become the go-to source for operational insight.
Operate as a business partner within the ANZ revenue organisation.
We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office 2/5 days per week.
