About the Role
We are looking for an experienced senior Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team based in Tullamarine.
This role is suited to someone who has strong warehouse experience, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys supporting a high-performing team. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling customer orders, and helping drive a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, dispatching and receiving goods.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Receive, inspect and correctly store incoming stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Complete regular cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory checks to minimise discrepancies.
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles and assist with deliveries to customer sites when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies, procedures and safe work practices at all times.
- Support the broader Operations team with general duties, projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills and Experiences:
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Storeperson, Senior Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar warehouse role.
Current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and dispatch processes.
Experience using warehouse or ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Hands-on approach with a strong customer service focus.
