Trinity Grammar School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Field Studies Centre from 2027 in Woollamia as Residential Operations Co-ordinator.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced educator, pastoral leader or residential professional to combine meaningful student care with operational leadership in one of the School's most innovative and transformative educational settings.

As Residential Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating the environment where young people are challenged, supported and inspired to flourish.

This role sits at the heart of the student experience.
As a key member of the Campus Management Team, you will provide leadership across pastoral care, student wellbeing, residential life, staff development and campus operations. You will be a trusted presence for students, an influential leader for colleagues, and an important partner to families.
Your work will directly impact the growth, confidence and wellbeing of young people as they learn to navigate challenge, build character, develop resilience and strengthen their relationships with others.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading the pastoral and residential programs of the Field Studies Centre.
- Creating a safe, supportive and positive residential culture where students feel known, valued and cared for.
- Supporting student wellbeing, behaviour and personal development.
- Contributing to the Centre's learning program as a member of the teaching staff where appropriate
- Leading and developing staff responsible for the residential experience.
- Building strong partnerships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Overseeing the operational effectiveness of the Centre, including logistics, facilities, compliance and safety.

About You
You are a relational leader who combines warmth, empathy and sound judgement with strong organisational capability.
You will bring:
- Experience in student wellbeing, pastoral care, residential education, boarding, youth development, outdoor education or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to build positive team cultures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to student wellbeing, growth and safety.
- Strong operational and organisational skills.
- A willingness to participate in evening, overnight and residential supervisory responsibilities.
- A willingness to participate fully in the residential life of the Centre, including overnight boarding supervision duties, typically 1-2 evenings per week, as part of fostering a safe, supportive and connected community for students

This position is based at Trinity Grammar School's Field Studies Centre in Woollamia, near the stunning Jervis Bay region on the NSW South Coast.
While accommodation is not provided as part of this role, the surrounding communities offer a variety of suitable housing options, allowing staff to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle, natural beauty and strong sense of community that the region is known for.
