The Senior Leader - Wellbeing and Engagement is a key driver of student wellbeing, inclusion, engagement, and wholeschool improvement. Working closely with the leadership team, staff, students, families, and the wider community, they deliver targeted support that helps students stay calm, regulated, and ready to learn.
