What You'll Be Doing
As our Educational Leader, you'll play a key leadership role in creating a culture of curiosity, reflection, and continuous improvement.
You will:

Lead and inspire educators to deliver outstanding educational programs.

Mentor and coach teams through reflective practice and professional learning.

Support curriculum planning aligned with the approved learning framework.

Guide educators through the planning cycle, documentation, assessment, and intentional teaching.

Champion high-quality pedagogical practices across the service.

Build educator capability through coaching, mentoring, and collaborative learning.

Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.

Support Quality Improvement Plans (QIP), Service Review Frameworks (SRF), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure educational practices align with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards, and bestchance values.

What You'll Bring-
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

Current VIT Registration (where applicable).

Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader, Kindergarten Teacher, or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

A commitment to child safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
