FinXL is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a 12-month contract in Sydney.
Responsibilities

Lead and drive the delivery of a network program

Manage complex regulatory coordination activities within strict timelines

Provide advanced stakeholder leadership to align and negotiate outcomes across varied groups

Influence and guide project delivery across both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Program Manager or Senior Delivery Manager within complex environments

Demonstrated experience working within a highly regulated industry sector

Good understanding of network environments or telco infrastructure

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage strict regulatory timelines

Strong background in stakeholder leadership and cross-industry collaboration

Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
