Polite Playground is one of Australia's leading experiential and brand activation agencies — 15+ years of delivering standout photo activations, interactive builds, and immersive brand moments for some of the country's biggest names.
Our pipeline is strong and getting stronger. What we need now is someone who can convert it.
This is a sales-first role. You'll work a warm inbound pipeline, run your own outbound, write sharp proposals, and close deals. If you track your conversion rate, hate leads going cold, and get a genuine buzz from a signed booking — this is the role for you.
What you'll be doing
- Converting inbound enquiries into signed bookings, fast
- Building and running your own outbound pipeline
- Writing and presenting proposals across a range of briefs and budgets
- Keeping your pipeline clean and moving in Pipedrive
- Handing off seamlessly to our account management team post-sign-off
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years in agency sales or business development (experiential, events, or creative preferred)
- A real track record of hitting targets — not just being part of a team that did
- Phone-first instincts; you're not waiting on email replies
- Strong proposal writing and client communication
- CRM-disciplined and organised under volume

Salary
- $70,000 - $85,000 + super and commission
This is not an account management role. If you're more comfortable nurturing existing clients than hunting new ones, this probably isn't the right fit.
