We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support leading our Perth DFO store. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Support leading and coaching a high-performing team to achieve sales and KPIs

Drive a customer-first culture, delivering exceptional in-store experiences

Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock and store presentation

Maintain strong visual merchandising aligned to brand standards

Support team development through training, feedback and motivation

Contribute to a positive, energetic and inclusive team environment

Experience in retail leadership (Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager level)
