Project Manager in Education sector.
MostynCopper is looking for a Construction Project Manager with experience in the Education Sector, with demonstrated experience working with the standard GC21 Contract.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Construction Project Manager experience.
A minimum of 1-2 years of construction experience specifically within the Education Sector is preferred.
Demonstrable experience working with the GC21 Contract is essential for this position.
The role, working on projects in the Education sector, will have responsibility for and provide support of:
- Head Contractor Procurement process
- Management of all aspects of Contract Administration for Head Contractor and Project Consultants
- Management of Project Budget and variation negotiation
- Management of regular project meetings such as PCG and resultant reporting
The candidate must have the right to work in Australia and be prepared to travel to project sites which might entail overnight stays.
