Join Rally as an Allied Health Assistant / Therapy Assistant in Melbourne — a mix of telehealth and community visits supporting NDIS participants of all ages.
About Rally
Rally is an NDIS service built around two disciplines done well: Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. We wrap a connected team around each participant and keep everyone on the same page through our own platform for video, notes and admin. How you deliver is up to you — by telehealth, in person, or a mix. We've launched and are growing to support participants across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We're up and running and actively onboarding participants — join now and help set how we work rather than inherit it.
The role
You'll deliver Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology programs designed by our clinicians — helping NDIS participants of all ages practise and progress toward their goals, over telehealth and in person around Melbourne.
Day to day
- Run OT and Speech practice programs with participants — online and on mobile visits across Melbourne
- Support participants to build skills and progress toward their goals
- Set up activities and resources for each session
- Keep clear notes and feed back to the supervising OT or Speech Pathologist
Why this role works
- A blend of remote and in-person community work.
- Clear clinical direction from our registered OTs and Speech Pathologists.
- Shared records on our platform keep you connected to the team.
- Flexible hours, with a focus on consistency for the people you support.
What we're looking for
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, currently studying allied health, or relevant experience — all levels welcome (with proper supervision, which you'll have, the NDIS doesn't require a formal qualification)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ('Quality, Safety and You')
- Working With Children Check and a national police check
- A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for mobile visits
- Comfortable supporting participants over telehealth and in person, and an ABN (contractor role)
What we offer
Flexible hours, a mix of remote and in-person work across Melbourne, real clinical support behind you, and a connected team on one platform.
Keen to get started? Apply via Indeed with your CV and a few lines about your experience. Melbourne-based applicants welcome at all levels.
