MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL & MINING | BODDINGTON SITE

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Newmont Boddington. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, perfect for someone who knows mobile plant inside out and thrives on keeping machines and people running at their best.

- Lead a skilled crew of fitters, service techs & TAs
- Trade qualified (HD Fitter/Mechanical – essential)
- Proven leadership in mobile plant maintenance (civil/mining)
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor (or willing to obtain)
- Strong mechanical knowledge + hands-on problem solving
- Confident with systems, apps & digital job tracking
- Solid grasp of WHS compliance & safety-first culture
- WA Driver’s License (HR desirable)
- Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi earthmoving gear
- Background with Kenworth & Mack trucks + ancillary equipment
- Strong communicator, able to liaise with crews, clients & suppliers
- Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
- Mentor and guide your crew to deliver safely and efficiently
- Manage breakdowns and keep maintenance schedules on track
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues
- Ensure plant is safe, reliable, and ready to perform
- National Police Clearance
- Pre-employment medical & D&A screen
