Join our team as Membership Coordinator on a part-time, fixed-term contract from September 2026 to February 2027and play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our members know and love.
About The Role
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll create a welcoming and memorable first impression. From assisting members with renewals to welcoming new members to the Panthers family, you'll deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
You'll coordinate day-to-day Membership operations, assist with enquiries and membership purchases, and provide knowledgeable advice on our products and services. With your enthusiasm, attention to detail and passion for helping people, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our members expect from Panthers.
As Membership Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Membership Footy Hub.
Assist with the coordination of Membership buses for game days and events.
Drive Membership sales by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the Panthers Membership program, products and benefits.
Coordinate Membership operations, including payment plan processing, Member pack fulfilment, seating allocations and Member events.
Assist with ticketing builds and the allocation of tickets for game days.
Identify opportunities to grow and retain the Membership base.
Respond to Member enquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email, within 24 hours.
Deliver a consistent high standard of customer service, including proactively upselling Membership products and services where appropriate.
Build positive relationships with Members, ensuring every interaction reflects the
Panthers brand and enhances the overall Member experience.
About You
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable member experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills.

Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, databases and ticketing systems.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

The ability to work proactively, both independently and as part of a team.

A professional, well-presented approach and pride in representing the Panthers brand.

A valid Working with Children Check.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends.

An interest in Rugby League or the sporting industry.
