As a member of Quanta Services, a Fortune 500 company ranked #192 on the NYSX, we specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems.
Established in 1996, we’ve connected more wind farms and renewable batteries than any other company. With over 800 employees and offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, we partner with Australia’s major transmission providers to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.
Join us in shaping the future of energy.
Construction
CPP is Australia’s leading provider of end-to-end substation solutions for utilities and the renewable energy sector, delivering design, installation, and maintenance services up to 500kV. Specialising in both greenfield and brownfield projects, we have successfully delivered over 100 HV substations nationwide.
As the country’s most experienced contractor in Balance of Plant (BoP) services, we have connected more wind farms and battery storage systems (BESS) to the grid than any other provider. Our one-stop-shop approach covering design, civil, manufacturing, electrical works, grid connection, and commissioning, ensures seamless project delivery.

CPP is continuing to grow across Queensland, and we’re looking for a capable Project Manager to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in delivering complex energy infrastructure projects.
This is well suited to a true project manager—someone who understands end-to-end project delivery and can take ownership rather than relying heavily on support functions. You’ll be working across a portfolio of medium to large-scale projects, with the opportunity to partner with senior leaders on high-value, technically complex work, while progressively taking ownership of your own projects.
The role offers strong exposure across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage planning and bid support through to delivery—working closely with construction, engineering, and commercial teams. CPP operates with lean, capable teams, so you’ll be trusted to step into the detail where needed, particularly across programming, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder management.
This is a great opportunity for a project manager or experienced project engineer stepping up, looking to work on nationally significant energy projects with a business that combines strong financial backing (Quanta Services) with a genuine team-first culture.
